A limited batch release from the Ardnamurchan distillery in the Highlands. Produced from unpeated spirit and matured for 5.5 years in ex-bourbon casks before being finished for 2.5 years in ex-Sauternes wine barriques. 5,990 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Apricot jam, almond flakes, marzipan, Brioche, dried stone fruit.

Palate: Seeded bread, green peppercorn sauce, apricot, heather honey, more savoury than the nose.

Finish: Less sweet than the nose, wonderfully balanced with a dry finish.
