The second limited-edition release in the Quercus Alba Distinction series which celebrates the influence of sherry casks on the distillery’s single malt. Matured exclusively in first-fill American white oak (Quercus Alba) ex-Oloroso sherry casks and bottled in 2022. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: The welcoming warmth of malt, vanilla and spiced oak, then orange and mint.

Palate: Soft oak, damsons, dark chocolate – and a rich, luxurious mouthfeel.

Finish: Almost endless sherried oak, giving way to figs and golden syrup.
