Like the rest of the series, it is produced entirely at the distillery, combining malt and rye whiskies that were both double distilled in pot stills on site. It uses the same 2019 batch of distillate as the first release in the series, WS:01 Borders Malt \u0026amp; Rye, left in cask for longer to show the effect of extended maturation. The name marks 300 years since the birth of Scottish geologist James Hutton. Only 750 bottles produced. Bottled at 40%.
