Matured for five years in ex-bourbon casks, using the distillery's own floor-malted barley peated to around 12–15ppm, distilled two and a half times and released at 100 degrees proof under the old British system. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a higher strength of 57.1%.
