Made using locally foraged botanicals such as wood sorrel, birch sap, rhubarb, and parsnip alongside traditional ones, with dry botanicals steeped 12 hours before fresh botanicals are added via a mesh basket in the still. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured, and bottled at 43%.
