Launched in 2024 as the first core release, exclusive to the UK, from Ballindalloch, one of Speyside's smallest distilleries. Distilled in 2015 from barley grown on the Ballindalloch estate, matured for 8 years in a combination of ex-bourbon (80%) and ex-sherry casks (20%), and bottled in 2024. 3,600 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Notes of lemon zest and honey, complemented by hints of sherbet and shortbread.

Palate: A sweet and smooth experience with soft oily texture, featuring flavours of barley sugar, spice, and caramel. Finish:
