A small batch release from the Ben Nevis distillery in the Highlands, by independent bottler James Eadie. Distilled on 29 April 2015, matured for 8 years in a first-fill bourbon hogshead and refill butt, and bottled in 2024. 1,301 bottles were produced. The label artwork pays homage to the historic James Eadie pub, The Rose & Crown. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Waxy and honeyed, thick with marzipan, apple, pears and apricots.

Palate: Velvety, waxy and chewy, bursting with manuka honey, baked apple crumble and marzipan.

Finish: Melted butter, cinnamon pastries and vanilla pods.
