A single cask release from the Caol Ila distillery on Islay, by Little Brown Dog independent bottlers. Distilled in 2014, matured for 10 years in a single refill Oloroso hogshead and bottled in 2024. Only 306 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 56.3%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: At the risk of coming across a bit SMWS…. Taking a big deep huff of sea air, on the beach with a smoldering bonfire.

Palate: Lapsang souchong with lemon, bog myrtle, is there such a thing as smoked figs?

Finish: Elegant, long pepper.
