DESCRIPTION

A limited release from the Fettercairn distillery in the Highlands. Matured in first-fill and refill American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished in responsibly sourced 100% Scottish oak casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally colour and bottled at 46.8%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Sugared almonds, baking spices, passion fruit and guava, underpinned by warm malt and pastry-like richness.

Palate: Exotic syruped fruits, patisserie sugars, brioche and delicate berry notes, layered with rich vanilla and cocoa tones from the Scottish oak finish.

Finish: Cacao and natural vanilla merge with a gently drying oak tannin texture, leaving a lingering impression of subtle spice and sweet depth.
