A single cask release from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside, by North Star Spirits independent bottlers as part of their Cask Series 23. Distilled in July 2012, matured for 11 years in an Oloroso sherry butt and bottled in September 2023. Only 662 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 56.5%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Crème brûlée, rich oak and ex-sherry notes.

Palate: Big, very big; think ‘Andre the giant’ big; malty. 

Finish: Powerful and long finish. Stewed fruits that go on, go on...
