A limited-edition single malt launched as part of the newly packaged Wood Collection series from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside. Dubbed the Sherry Series, each expression spent an initial period in American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred to one of three selected sherry casks. This 9yo release was finished in ex-Amontillado sherry casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Soft orchard fruits, cinnamon and heather honey, with butterscotch, hazelnuts and dark tobacco.

Palate: Honeycomb, maraschino cherries and dried apricots.

Finish: Poached pears, blood orange, mixed nuts and cinnamon.
