Stay Classy is a limited release from the Glenburgie distillery in Speyside, by independent bottler Simply Whisky. Matured for 9 years, initially in an ex-bourbon hogshead before being finished in a first-fill bourbon barrel and bottled in July 2024. Only 144 bottles were produced. Naturally coloured and bottled at 52.7%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Custard, lemon meringue, caramel and sugary rhubarb. Strawberry, lime soaked wood and marshmallow. Zesty and fun.

Palate: Effervescent with liquorice, milk chocolate, coconut and gooseberries.

Finish: Mango and ice cream. Tobacco. Joyful!
