Launched in 2018 as part of the Soleo Collection from the Glenrothes distillery in Speyside. This series was named after the process of sun-drying grapes for the production of sherry in Jerez. Matured for 18 years in ex-sherry casks, a high proportion of which where first-fill casks.  Naturally coloured and bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Decadent vanilla and orange, with hints of cherry and almond developing.

Palate: Still packing plenty of dried fruit notes, alongside crisp pear and a spicy touch of stem ginger.

Finish: Lasting sweetness of vanilla and pear, with peppery flourishes.
