Launched in 2023, and the first limited-edition from the Kilchoman distillery to be fully-matured in this cask type. Distilled in 2018, matured for a minimum of five years in a combination of first-fill and refill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads from Bodega José Miguel Martin, Jerez, Spain and bottled in August 2023. 23,000 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Sweet sultanas and raisins with rounded peat smoke and layers of liquorice and hints of citrus sweetness.

Palate: Brown sugar and malty sweetness then orange peel, citrus, dark chocolate, and waves of sherry sweetness.

Finish: Chocolate coated raisins, oak smoke, mixed spices and lasting PX sweetness.
