DESCRIPTION

King’s Hill Gin is a small-batch Scottish gin handcrafted by The Pentland Still near Edinburgh, distilled in a traditional copper alembic still named “Marion”. A blend of twelve botanicals includes locally foraged heather, rosehip, gorse, and elderflower, layered over classic juniper. Bottled at 44%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fresh and fruity with piney juniper.

Palate: Smooth, sweet, full-bodied, and aromatic.

Finish: Elegant and long, with delicate floral touches lingering.
