Goodnight Kiss is a single cask release from the Linkwood distillery in Speyside, by independent bottler Simply Whisky as part of their Franchi range. Distilled on 27 November 2012, matured for 11 years in a single ex-bourbon hogshead and bottled on 3 July 2024. Only 343 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Fresh and elegant with gentle spice. Strawberries, charred pineapple, peaches and lime. Orange zest and saddle leather.

Palate: A wave of fruits, the lovely spice from the nose, creamy dark chocolate and coconut.

Finish: Black wine gums, plums, espresso and burnt marshmallow. Sweet baking spices and a hint of mint.
