A Whiter Shade of Pale is a single cask release from the Linkwood distillery in Speyside, bottled by independent bottler Uncharted Whisky Company. Distilled in 2017, matured for 7 years and bottled in 2024. Only 267 bottles were produced. Naturally coloured and bottled at 45.9%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Pineapple, lemon shortbread, gooseberry jam and pear drops and American cream soda.

Palate: Florals, oak, vanilla ice cream and a second helping of good buttery shortbread. Dangerously drinkable.

Finish: Long, soft and smooth. A touch of fresh cracked pepper, stone fruit and oak.
