Lochlea Fallow Edition Third Crop is the latest and final release of Fallow, a limited-edition seasonal trilogy release from the Lochlea distillery in the Lowlands, inspired by the season of autumn on the farm, when the fields rest after a busy harvest. Matured in 100% first-fill Oloroso sherry butts. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Delightful baked apple and sweet medjool dates.

Palate: Manuka honey and nutty fresh malted bread.

Finish: Rich buttery sandalwood oils and mixed peppercorns.
