A single cask release from the Macallan distillery in Speyside, by Halcyon Spirits independent bottlers. Distilled in 1993, matured for 30 years in a first-fill ex-sherry hogshead and bottled in 2023. Only 238 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 49.8%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Rich dried fruits, orange zest marmalade with treacle and vanilla toffee sweetness.

Palate: Spices of cloves, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon accompanied by sweet treacle, vanilla toffee and fudge.

Finish: A long, lingering finish - beautifully moreish. Mature oak spices with dried fruits and a late fresh orange marmalade finish.
