Spey Chairman's Choice follows a tradition whereby the chairman of the company would select his best casks to serve to his family on Christmas Day. The tradition continues and a small amount is released globally on this day each year. Matured in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: The aroma is floral with fruit and a touch of vanilla.

Palate: Flavours of dried fruits. Mellow cinnamon and sweet oak with a gentle and rounded aftertaste.

Finish: A soft nutty and long creamy finish.
