DESCRIPTION

Tobermory Hebridean Gin is distilled at the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull. A splash of spirit from the distillery’s whisky stills adds a gentle malty character to a classic botanical line-up of juniper, tea, heather, elderflower, and sweet orange peel. Bottled at 43.3%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fresh citrus peel and juniper with light vanilla blossom and a hint of malty warmth.

Palate: Savoury, juniper-led with cardamom and kitchen-herb notes; clean lemon zest and star anise lift.

Finish: Malt-tinged vanilla returns, fading to gentle floral heather.
