A single cask release from the Tormore distillery in Speyside, by independent bottler Gordon & Macphail in their Connoisseur's Choice range. Distilled in 1991, matured for 30 years in a refill sherry butt and bottled on 15 December 2021. Only 488 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 55.7%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Sherry influences combine with ripe blackcurrant and pressed apple aromas.

Palate: Sweet toffee flavours complement cinnamon spice and roasted hazelnuts.

Finish: A medium finish with lingering toasted almonds and spice.
