Ballindalloch Single Malt Whisky

Ballindalloch Distillery, located on the historic Ballindalloch Castle estate in Speyside, was established in 2014 and remains one of Scotland’s few family-owned distilleries. Production is deliberately small scale, with a traditional approach that includes long fermentation, slow distillation, and exclusive use of local Concerto barley grown on the estate. The first single malt was released in 2021, with whiskies typically matured in ex-bourbon and sherry casks, and bottled without chillfiltration or added colour.
