DESCRIPTION

A limited edition release from from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside, released in February 2026 as the third expression in their Sinteis Series — a range exploring the relationship between virgin oak and traditional sherry casks. Distilled in 2014 and matured for 11 years in a combination of French Limousin virgin oak barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 57.4%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Orange zest, nutmeg and dried orchard fruits, with honeycomb, maraschino cherries, mocha and crystalised brown sugar.

Palate: Heather honey, spiced orange and baked apple, followed by winter truffle, muscovado sugar and cinnamon, with hazelnuts and mocha on the finish.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering mocha and hazelnuts, complemented by fading notes of muscovado sugar, spiced orange and gentle baking spice.
