Daftmill Single Malt Whisky

Daftmill Distillery, located on a family farm in Fife, was founded in 2005 by brothers Francis and Ian Cuthbert. It is one of Scotland’s few genuine farm distilleries, producing whisky seasonally in the farm’s quiet months, in very limited quantities. The first Daftmill single malt was released in 2018, making it one of the newest Lowland distilleries to reach the market. Production focuses on traditional methods, long fermentations and the exclusive use of barley grown on the estate. With only around 100 casks filled each year, Daftmill has quickly built a reputation for rarity and quality, with its single malts highly sought after by enthusiasts and collectors alike.
