GlenWyvis Single Malt Whisky

GlenWyvis Distillery, located near Dingwall in the Scottish Highlands, was established in 2015 and became operational in 2017. It is the first community-owned distillery in Scotland, with over 3,000 shareholders from around the world. GlenWyvis produces both single malt Scotch whisky and craft gin, using 100% renewable energy generated on site from wind, hydro, solar and biomass. The distillery is a revival of whisky-making in Dingwall, which last saw legal production end in 1926 with the closure of Ben Wyvis. GlenWyvis focuses on small-batch releases, natural presentation and a sustainable, community-driven approach to production.
