DESCRIPTION

The inaugural single malt release from the new Jackton Distillery in the Lowlands, first released in 2026. Distilled, matured and bottled entirely on site, this limited release establishes the foundation for this independent, family owned approach to single malt and sustainability. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado and Oloroso sherry casks. 6,000 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48.7%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fruitcake, fig and sultana.

Palate: Dark fruits, treacle and roasted nuts.

Finish: Lingering with toffee, sweet spice and soft oak.
