DESCRIPTION
A single cask release from the Tamdhu distillery in Speyside, bottled by Woodrow's of Edinburgh. Distilled on 4 November 2015, matured in a 1st-fill ex-bourbon barrel and bottled on 20 July 2026. Only 226 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 66.3%. (Bottle size 70cl)
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Fresh apple and orange peel, delicate jasmine and wood spice.
Palate: Oily mouthfeel with poached pear and citrus, leading to Earl Grey tea, star anise and white pepper.
Finish: Long and spiced with orchard fruits and cardamon, cinnamon and all spice.
