The flagship release from the Talisker distillery on the Isle of Skye and part of Diageo’s Classic Malts series. Talisker underwent a packaging makeover in 2021 with increased recyclability and reduced plastic components, including the replacement of the original plastic stopper with a wood stopper. Matured for at least 10 years in American oak ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at 45.8%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Powerful peat-smoke with just a hint of the sea-water salt of fresh oysters, with a citrus sweetness.

Palate: A rich dried-fruit sweetness, clouds of smoke, strong barley-malt flavours, warming and intense. Peppery at the back of the mouth.

Finish: Huge, long, warming and peppery in the finish with an appetizing sweetness.
