DESCRIPTION

A permanent release from the Lochlea distillery in the Lowlands, released in 2025 as a new addition to Lochlea’s Single Estate core range. Matured in a combination of first-fill Bourbon, Virgin American Oak, and Calvados casks. Produced entirely on site in Ayrshire from the distillery’s own barley, distilled and matured on the Lochlea farm. Non-chillfiltered, naturally colour and bottled at 46%. TASTING NOTES

Nose: Sweet apple notes, earthy, fresh cut grass and lightly floral notes

Palate: Fresh cut green apples, buttery caramel, fresh grassy flavours and oaky spice. Apple cake, rich and buttery, with cream and fruit freshness

Finish: Sweet oak, caramel, and light cereal to finish.
