A release from the Glenallachie distillery in Speyside, bottled by Signatory independent bottler in their Small Batch range. This is the 8th edition of the series which features classic and unnamed distilleries with a strong sherry influence. Distilled in 2012, matured for 11 years in ex-Olorosso casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48.2%. (Bottle size 70cl)
