Launched in 2017, Stiuireadair (pronounced stew-rahdur) means helmsman in Gaelic and is a nod to the adventuring seafarers who braved the Sound of Islay to provide a lifeline to Bunnahabhain before the road was built. Matured in a combination of first- and second-fill sherry casks, combining spirit of varying ages and warehouse locations. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46.3%. Nose: Dried fruit and creamy caramel with hints of brine, vanilla, nuts and a touch of spice.

Palate: Creamy mouthfeel with a dried fruit influence, sea salt, creamy caramel with hints of nuts and a gentle spice.

Finish: Long and lingering with hints of dried fruit.
