DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Inchgower distillery in Speyside, bottled by Artful Dodger. Distilled on 24 July 2007, matured in an ex-bourbon hogshead and bottled on 18 May 2021. Only 207 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 57%. (Bottle size 50cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Green apple, vanilla pod, fresh cereal.

Palate: Bright, creamy, with soft spice and oak.

Finish: Clean, malty, gently drying.
