DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Craigellachie distillery in Speyside, bottled by independent bottler The Single Cask. Distilled on 23 January 2009, matured for 15 years in a sherry hogshead and bottled on 29 May 2024. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 54.2%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Cinnamon flapjack and ginger cake.

Palate: Water adds further kitchen delights of meringue and sugared boiled sweets.

Finish: Custard and crème brûlée.
