- Low stock - 1 item left
Launched as part of Diageo's Flora & Fauna range originally created in the early 1990s by United Distillers Vintners (what would later become Diageo). This range initially had no name, and it was only when famous whisky writer Michael Jackson nicknamed it the 'Flora and Fauna' series (after the bottles’ wildlife themed labels) did it stick. This 12yo single malt is currently the only official bottling from the Strathmill distillery in Speyside, more usually known as the producer of the core malt component of the J&B blends. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 70cl)
Nose: Light and creamy, becoming darker. Chocolate-chip, mint ice cream, then Toblerone. Roasted peanuts in their skins. Dried parsley and moss.
Palate: Sweet start. Some acidity.
Finish: A medium-length, dry finish. Chocolaty aftertaste.
