DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Ardnamurchan distillery in the Highlands, by North Star Spirits independent bottlers as part of their Cask Series 25. Distilled in February 2019, matured for 6 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt and bottled in February 2025. Only 610 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 52.7%. (Bottle size 70cl)

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Kola cube gulf stream citrus.

Palate: Thick hazelwood custard and burnt raspberry.

Finish: Dark berry fondue and black coffee.
