DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Ben Nevis distillery in the Highlands, by North Star Spirits independent bottlers, as part of their Cask Series 25. Distilled in November 2012, matured for 12 years in an Oloroso sherry hogshead and bottled in February 2025. Only 285 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 58.6%. (Bottle size 70cl)

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Butterscotch soup with freshly baked butterscotch bread.

Palate: Aniseed balls and liquorice comforts.

Finish: Nice and long with those old-school sherry notes.
