DESCRIPTION

A release from the Benromach distillery in Speyside, part of their Contrasts series. The world's first fully-certified organic single malt Scotch whisky, produced since 2006 and accredited by the UK Soil Association from grain to glass. Distilled in 2015, matured in first-fill virgin American oak casks and bottled in 2025. Bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Sweet vanilla and ripe fruits with citrus zest. Toasted malt leads to green apples.

Palate: Soft pepper and butterscotch with freshly ground coffee, dried banana and a subtle herbal edge.

Finish: Long with aniseed and cocoa.
