DESCRIPTION
Eden Mill Golf Gin is a tribute to Scotland’s golfing heritage and the world-famous Old Course at St Andrews. The distillers foraged gorse, heather and lavender directly from the Old Course and complemented these botanicals with Scottish kombu seaweed sourced in Fife. Each botanical was then distilled and infused in Eden Mill’s copper pot still. Bottled at 42 % ABV. (Bottle size 70 cl)
TASTING NOTES
Nose: A crisp juniper-forward aroma layered with floral lavender and spruce notes, underlined by a subtle saline breeze.
Palate: Classic juniper balanced by the soft sweetness of gorse, heather and lavender, with hints of coriander and pine adding spice and depth.
Finish: Clean, crisp and lingering – evocative of a fresh spring morning on a Scottish links course
