Launched in 2022, this is the third release in the small batch Warehouse Collection from the Fettercairn distillery in the Highlands. Distilled in 2015, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels (57%), rum barrels (16%) and French red wine barriques (27%), and bottled in 2022. 9,000 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50.6%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Warm honey, Alphonso mangos, brioche, cocoa, subtle forest fruits and waves of rose water.

Palate: Passion fruit, papaya, red berries and grape must.

Finish: Sugared almonds, patisserie spice and heather honey.
