DESCRIPTION

A small batch unpeated single malt release from the Glasgow Distillery in the Lowlands. Distilled on 2 February 2018, matured in a single first-fill ex-bourbon barrel for 2 years 9 months before being finished in a tequila barrel for 2 years 6 months, and bottled on 27 June 2023. Only 272 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 55.3%. (Bottle size 70cl)

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Notes of rich honey, lemon and lime citrus, hints of vanilla and soft floral undertones.

Palate: The palate explodes with fresh tropical fruits; pineapple, white grapefruit, and fresh honeydew melon balanced against vanilla, creamy maltiness and hints of lemongrass.

Finish: The finish is long and pronounced with delicate notes of fresh coconut, milk chocolate and a subtle white pepper spice.
