DESCRIPTION

A permanent expression from the GlenAllachie distillery in Speyside, added to the core range in 2019. Matured for 15 years predominantly in Oloroso sherry along with Pedro Ximénez. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Dark cherries, golden syrup and sweet spices to the fore, with hints of toffee, glazed figs and hazelnuts.

Palate: Heather honey, alongside orange peel, cocoa and ginger.

Finish: Caramelised brown sugar.
