The 2025 and 6th batch of GlenAllachie’s annual 21 year old cask strength release is here. A small batch of only four Spanish sherry casks, matured in a mix of Pedro Ximénez puncheons and Oloroso hogsheads, and selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker. Non-chilfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 52.8%. (Bottle size 700ml)

Nose: Ripe dark cherries and brandied honeycomb, with notes of spiced orange, thick treacle and blackberry tart. 

Palate: Dark chocolate, dried red berries and maraschino cherries, followed by heather honey and crystalised ginger, with plum brandy and mocha on the finish.

Finish: Warming with mocha, plum brandy, and a final flourish of leathery richness and spice.
