Launched in 2023 as part of Batch 3 of Glenallachie's Virgin Oak Series. Matured for 8 years, initially in American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in virgin Scottish sessile oak casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Bursting with baked oats, butterscotch and toffee, with notes of cinnamon, gingersnaps and heather honey.

Palate: Lashings of heather honey, orchard fruits and lemon zest, followed by white chocolate, cinnamon and ginger.

Finish: Toffee and butterscotch on the finish.
