DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Glendullan distillery in Speyside, bottled by independent bottler Berry Bros. & Rudd, a British wine and spirits merchant that dates back over 300 years to 1698, as part of their Glens & Valleys collection. Distilled in 2011 and matured for 12 years in a single hogshead before bottling. Only 201 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 58.2%. OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: The nose opens with a subtle blend of vanilla and green apple.

Palate: An oily texture on the palate that carries through ripe pear and a hint of cinnamon. As it unfolds, a slight oakiness and a whisper of white pepper add depth without dominating.

Finish: A balanced and complex finish.
