DESCRIPTION

The 11th release in the Kilkerran Heavily Peated range from the Glengyle distillery in Campbeltown. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon (90%) and ex-Oloroso sherry (10%) casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 57.9% (Bottle size 70cl)

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: In typical Kilkerran style, there is a citrus element on the nose with notes of lemon and key lime pie, along with touches of toasted rye bread and peat smoke.

Palate: There are notes of toasted marshmallows and campfire embers immediately on the palate, with hints of vanilla and custard.

Finish: The smokiness carries through to the finish, along with a mineral note to round off this dram.
