DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Linkwood distillery in Speyside, by North Star Spirits independent bottlers as part of their Cask Series 22. Distilled in May 2012, matured for 10 years in an Oloroso sherry hogshead and bottled in April 2023. Only 310 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 53.5%. (Bottle size 70cl)

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Strawberry and dark chocolate sorbet.

Palate: Rhubarb crumble, vanilla custard and fresh Morton's rolls.

Finish: Chesterfield leather and French fancies.
