The Singleton brand draws its releases from three different single malt producers. This particular one is from our local Dufftown distillery in Speyside, exactly 1km from our door. Released in 2014, Sunray takes its name from a type of fly used for salmon fishing. Matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Vanilla and honey. Grassy with cinnamon strudel and blackcurrant.

Palate: Stewed apples. Thick honey texture.

Finish: A short finish, warm and drying.
