DESCRIPTION

Come Together is a limited release from The Speyside Distillery, bottled by independent bottler Uncharted Whisky Company. Distilled in August 2014, matured for 10 years in a combination of one first-fill Oloroso sherry and one bourbon hogshead before being bottled in October 2024. Only 600 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50%. (Bottle size 70cl)

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: A dry spice, vanilla fudge aromas float through a carpenter's workshop. Sherry notes spring out of the glass of sweet cloves, marzipan and dark chocolate.

Palate: A touch of dry oak and mellow sweetness. give way to butterscotch sauce, candied ginger, dried apricots and blossom.

Finish: Mellow and sweet finish with the florals returning after the toffee and vanilla fade.
