DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from The Speyside distillery, bottled by Cut Your Wolf Loose, a Brighton-based independent bottler who commissions a different artist for every label. Distilled on 13 May 1997, matured in refill bourbon hogsheads and bottled on 11 November 2025. Only 263 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 45%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Mango sherbet, guava, passionfruit and pink grapefruit, with sweet oak and stewed rhubarb.

Palate: Tropical and generous. Mango, passionfruit and pink grapefruit, with honey and a flick of mint.

Finish: Medium. Passionfruit, honey and citrus.
